Pricing

Please contact your Territory Sales Manager.

Lead Time

  • 5 working days – not to include the day the order was placed.
  • Orders with multiple split pallets, new package types or new products and bulk orders with more than 3 products, over 6,500 gls or include specialty products may exceed 5 working days.
  • Every effort will be made to accommodate special requests and rush orders – extra charges may apply.

Bulk Terms

  • Source points will be determined by Nu-Tier Brands.
  • Alternate source points can be arranged with prior approval by Nu-Tier Brands.
  • A standard full truckload is not more than 3 products and has at least 6,500 gallons total.
  • 1 to 3 compartment trucks are considered standard equipment for carriers.
  • 4 or more compartments must be approved by Nu-Tier Brands – extra carrier charges may apply and could possibly extend lead times.
  • All trailers must be clean, dry and odor free.
  • Railcar deliveries – please coordinate with your Territory Sales Manager.

Package Terms

  • Source points will be determined by Nu-Tier Brands.
  • Alternative source points can be arranged with prior approval by Nu-Tier Brands.
  • Full truckloads are considered to be ~20 pallets and not weigh more than 44,000 pounds.
  • Totes are available in 275, 320 and 330 gallon capacities – totes will be billed according to the specific gallons filled in each tote.
  • Piggy Back Rail deliveries please coordinate with your Territory Sales Manager.

Product Availability

From time to time products and/or package styles/types may not be available at certain Nu-Tier Brands source points – Please contact Nu-Tier Brands Sales Manager to locate an alternative source point.

Damaged Merchandise

Nu-Tier Brands does not accept returns of product without prior written approval by Nu-Tier Brands. Nu-Tier Brands does not reimburse customers for damaged merchandise after the customer accepts title to the merchandise. All damaged merchandise must be refused by the customer at the time of product acceptance (either at the shipping dock in case of Nu-Tier Brands source point or at the customers facility on delivered shipments). The customer is responsible for calling Nu-Tier Brands (877-771-5823) for a written product return and authorization for credit. All shortages must be claimed at the time the shipment is received by the customer.
